Clariskin, a complex of peach, bilberry and hibiscus extracts developed by Guinot, has a considerable de-pigmenting action.  It works by minimizing the production of brown and black melanin, in favor of colorless pigments.

Vitamin C reinforces the lightening, de-pigmenting action through its anti-oxidant and anti-free radical action.  It protects the skin and cutaneous tissues.  Vitamin C stimulates collagen synthesis, regenerating the tissues and making the skin more luminous and radiant by eliminating dead cells.
